Welcome to the 99th Girls Brigade website. This website has been designed by the brigaders section 2011. We designed this website as part of our badge work.
The Girls Brigade is a Christian organisation enjoyed by many girls of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. 99th Priesthill GB is part of Girls Brigade Northern Ireland, a family of 300 companies with over 200,000 girls!
Our GB meets every Wednesday night from September to Easter, where we all enjoy activities that include: scripture, P.E and Arts and Crafts.
Half way through the G.B year we start to practise for our annual display. It involves a performance from each section, which may include:
- PE
- Novelty
- Etc.
The Brigade is divided into four sections depending on age:

The company is led by our captain Alison Rutherford and her team of officers including Victoria McCreedy leader in charge of the explorers section.
99th Priesthill Girls' Brigade was founded in 1951 and is still going strong some 60 years later, with approximately 99 girls attending each week on a regular basis.
At Priesthill Girls' Brigade you can find a place to:
- make friends
- have fun
- encounter God
New members are always welcome; For more information contact Alison Rutherford at gb@priesthill.org
